One band per night, the atmosphere just makes it feel like your own private studio, just a real community vibe that every band needs. We will provide everything your band needs to feel more at home than just another rehearsal studio. Here’s a little more on what we have to offer.
Everything you need and more! This is a private studio complex with everything you need to have a productive practice. Full access to everything!!! We have great rates and will provide specials to all who inquire. The building has a lighted parking area with surveillance. The studio rooms and all area’s are immaculate!!! YES we mean it "VERY CLEAN". We have a relaxed & comfortable atmosphere!!! It’s like having your own band studio without the hassle of keeping it up. Let us handle it, you just practice.

3 STUDIO ROOMS
Marshall, Hartke, Fender, Line 6, Crate guitar amps--- Hartke bass amps, Tama and Yamaha Drums,
PA SYSTEMS Samson Powered 15'" . You have control of the PA system board in the rooms. Monitors are also provided
Seating stools, Wall mounted guitar holders, Atmosphere is awesome and Rooms are immaculate.
Forget your cables? Back up instrument, speaker and xlr cables all available (No charge)
LOUNGE and KITCHEN AREA
All rooms have a private refrigerator in them. Drinks and food are provided if needed. Soda/Water $1.00 Food $2.00ea item
Main Kitchen is with Microwave and refrigerator for all bands to use to hold your items.

Designated smoking area for the bands, there is seating and table for you to sit and relax. Very comfortable
We offer Specials for all bands. Were musicians too and know how hard it is to find an affordable place for practice. We promise to provide your band the cleanest and most affordable private studio you can have. Join up and see, we guarantee you will love it.
ONE BAND PER NIGHT - 6 HOUR WINDOW OF TIME - YOU DON'T HAVE TO START AT 6pm. Each band can come in whenever they want. The reason it's 6 to 12 is give you the convince of time. No rushing in and out or if your getting there late losing time and money. You get a lot done when your not rushing.
Studio A - $60.00 from 6pm to midnight All week
Studio B - $60.00 6pm to midnight All week
Studio C - $60.00 6pm to midnight All week
It's your room for the whole night.
On Sat and Sun the Studio can be open at 10am to block out day time practice. All different times can be booked for the weekends. Start anytime between 10am to Midnight.
If need the rooms for alternative needs such as Recording or Drum practice or any other call for pricing.
These are standard rates and are always offered for discounts if possible. Call for more info about blocked time, weekly practices, weekend deals and see how much you will save.
